WP‑Reactive Hosting — Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

By using WP‑Reactive Hosting Services (WPRHS) or signing an associated order, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS, together with the Acceptable Use Plan (AUP), Privacy Policy (PP), and referenced terms, form the Agreement and replace all prior arrangements.

1. Purpose

Ensure service quality, performance continuity, and infrastructure integrity.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Services must be lawful under Australian and international laws.
  • Prohibited: pornography/sexual material, non‑prescriptive drugs, hate/racism, violence, illegal activity, malicious code, or links to such.
  • Examples: IRC software, pirated/hacked programs, warez, unauthorised copyrighted files, spam tools, adult sites, dedicated game servers.
  • WPRHS decides violations; prohibited content may be removed without notice.

3. Account Creation

  • Includes latest WordPress and dashboard for server management/support links/location selection.
  • Deactivate/delete anytime.
  • WPRHS setup: $100 AUD.

4. Domain Names

Registration, renewal, and transfers are your responsibility via your domain authority.

5. Server Resources

Upgrade to increase CPU/memory/network; downgrade only with reduced usage and new plan.

6. Email Marketing

  • No newsletters/mass email from servers.
  • For WP email: set up SMTP or sending app. Setup help: $100 AUD/hour.

7. Hardware & Software

You supply all devices/software/services; no compatibility guarantee.

8. Backups & Data

  • Daily backups provided; keep local copies.
  • No liability for loss/corruption.
  • Full backups retained max 30 days; $200 AUD recovery after termination.

9. Account Security

  • Maintain secure passwords; keep software/themes/plugins updated.
  • Compromised accounts may be suspended/quarantined; advice provided at discretion.

10. Suspension, Cancellation & Termination

  • Breaches may lead to suspension/removal.
  • Cancellations via dashboard; pay all invoices first.
  • Annual payment may be required after repeated failed payments.
  • Data deleted after 30+ days unpaid.

11. Billing & Refunds

Service starts on payment. See Billing & Refunds Policy.

12. Migrations

  • Free standard migration; extra work quoted.
  • Harmful files must be removed.
  • Minimal disruption aimed for; no liability for factors outside WPRHS control.

13. Service Availability

Aim for continuous uptime; no liability outside SLA.

14. Liability & Indemnity

You indemnify WPRHS and affiliates against all claims/expenses from your use.

15. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • VPS uptime target: 99.8% monthly. <99% = full credit (request within 14 days).
  • Exclusions: customer/third‑party actions, maintenance, non‑core software issues.

16. Service Performance

24/7 monitoring; external‑factor issues not SLA‑covered.

17. Incident Reports

  • Outages >60 min: report issued; <60 min: dashboard updates.
  • Hacking: “best effort” report; you must follow best security practices.

18. Server Management

SLA covers uptime monitoring; 1 hr/month maintenance included, extra $200 AUD/hour.

19. WordPress Maintenance

  • Available as package: updates, backups, rollbacks.
  • No guarantee on third‑party plugin/theme performance. Extra fixes: $200 AUD/hour.

20. Anti‑Bribery & Corruption

No corrupt practices; comply with applicable laws/higher internal standards; gift‑giving prohibited to avoid conflicts.

21. TOS Updates
